Pros
Flexible working arrangements. You can basically set which hours you would like to work to schedule around your personal life. Great benefits package. Ability to work from home 1 day a week and whenever you have a need to (sick, children sick, waiting for a package to arrive, etc.) Company sponsored events. Friendly environment
Cons
Not much room to move around in the company. They always ask you where you would like to go with your career so they can help you move around, but there just flat out isn't much room to move around in. Lower salaries then larger companies. This is just my experience, maybe some others are getting paid a lot better.
