Pros
It's easy to get management jobs, you just have to ask for them (cluster leader, project management) Best part about this company is that it is full of young international people, so it will be easy for a foreigner to get along Good company to start a career if you don't want to become a technical expert I don't know if this is a pro or a con, but you will probably have to work less than 8 hours a day, since there won't be enough work The Christmas parties were pretty great (before Covid)
Cons
Bad salary, regardless of position (maybe except if you are business manager or above that, they have more benefits) Boring, repetitive tasks Company doesn't care about their employees (engineers), you will feel like a number Management can be quite shady, making promises about interesting projects and better salaries, and not keeping them I don't know if this is a con, but you won't find many germans there because they usually can find better jobs. Alten frequently hires highly qualified foreigners for cheap, taking advantage of the fact that they it will be harder for a non-german/non-EU citizen to find a job in Germany.
