Some middle and upper management could be described as mean or argumentative with bullying overtones and no understanding on managing or leading their team members. Very stressful environment to work in with intense pressure to complete work coming from the immediate supervisor and above in certain departments which results in larger employee turn over rates in these department and poor moral.
