The Lab Assistant position is not advertised for what it really is, it turned out to be more of a General Helper position where you're exposed to everything and trained for areas you are not going to be working in for the foreseeable future. Certain job duties involved rather unpleasant situations such as poor ventilation. All in all, not the job or the work environment that was advertised or that I had envisioned sadly, as I actually enjoyed the basics of the job.
