      Organizes employee appreciation days every couple months with food and/or prizes

      Cons

      Management makes false promises or provides misleading information when asking about promotions, vacations, etc. Also does not reward employees for excellent performance and will get paid same or less than someone underperforming with no consequences for bad behavior.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
