      Pros

      The only pros is it is a job.

      Cons

      Upper management treat people like they are robots. They keep pushing us to do more work everyday and we had nothing in return. Pay sucks and a lot of work. A lot of the younger people suffered from body pain because of the repetitive work in the lab.

      Pros

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
