      Some managers are good and supportive

      Cons

      Some are just not capable of handling their positions. I was liad of saying they don’t have too much work load just after working 1 week. They hired 2-3 people after 5 months and didn’t not even contacted me if I was interested on rejoining.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
