      Work colleagues always trying to give support in any way

      Cons

      Management and HR are not transparent at all with activities and salary. Don't care about employee development, only to exploit the most out of her/him.

      Pretty much veryone is on the spectrum, so not much small talk is expected, noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys are the norm.

      Cons

      No pay increases. Like none. Ever.
