Work here if you need industrial experience. Don't stay here more than a year. Employees are all amazing and helpful people. Thats the only thing that can help you get through your day.
Cons
Management are discrimatory, only listen to their favourites in the laboratory and turn a blind eye to other peoples' issues. Very unprofessional behaviour. They will only promote those they like and not the hardworking staff. Equal opportunities does not exist in this place, I felt like running away second week into my employment however stayed to get experience. They take on too much work from the clients than they can satisfactorily deliver with the low number of staff they have left. Even then they expect all work to be completed, and leave on time which is practically impossible. Its like management hasn't stepped in the laboratory in 20+ years so do not know what the workload is like. You will be expected to stay overtime without the pay. Awful work life balance. All staff in the laboratory look demotivated and overall very negative outlook. Extremely stressful work, with no incentives. Very poor pay compared to other companies offering same job role. Inexperienced management. Only work here if you need experience.
