Thank you for your comments. Because our business is seasonal, we do experience fluctuations in workload which can be stressful for employees and managers. To assist in managing workloads, we actively recruit during the busy season but it is challenging to onboard and train new employees to become quickly proficient in their roles. Understandably this does cause a level of stress in the work group. We have recently dedicated full-time workplace trainers to assist during the busy months and hopefully this will alleviate some of the pressure being experienced.
