      Flexible hours and nothing else

      Cons

      Too many to list. ALS Simi Valley location is a toxic place to work. Lots of favoritism, discrimination. Some people get promoted 3 times a year, others don’t even have a chance to apply for position. Worst management. Maybe other ALS labs are ok, but not Simi.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
