Continues improvement - Laboratory Manager ALS Global Employee Review

I have joined the company over year and half ago. I could call my self being lucky for the opportunities I have had and allowed me to porgress to Managment position. However, credit must for to managment to believe in me and others. They allow us to grow and make our own mistake to learn from. I have felt so trusted and valued as a member. The team I work in is extremely friendly and a nice environment. The company is always looking to improve and allow opportunities for people to grow. For anyone who is staring their careers, this is a great place to get so much experience. You never know and you might end up becoming the next lab manager in 5 years time, as I have seen this by my fellow managers. Could of them have joined as technicians and now after 5/6 years they are lab managers.
