Get Some Experience, then GTFO - Analyst ALS Global Employee Review

We do appreciate your feedback. At ALS, it is important to us that employees have a positive work experience and are treated in a fair and respectful manner. To maintain this environment, we have many programs and policies in place such as GlobalSay (our global engagement survey), exit surveys and employee engagement committees as well as training initiative on Respectful Behaviour at work. Over the years we have received feedback from thousands of employees. While we may not get it right 100% of the time at 100% of our locations, our employees have told us that we are doing a good job overall and have also provided us with additional feedback, which we have used to make further improvements to our workplaces.
