Pros
I love working at ALS! Yes, it's true you need to meet tight deadlines, but I believe every business requires that. Management is good, always listen you. If you are good is easy to progress ( ofcourse you have to work hard to get that), nothing come easy. Everything start from yourself: thinking, believing, your expectations, what you can give for busness as well. I'm very happy with the progress I do. I have all support I need to progress inside. Management answer the questions I have. The company offers flexibility, which is realy good.
Cons
As everywhere there are some problems. I see people complaining about the salaries, but in my opinion its better then few years ago. No we have salary bands. So its improved since i started.
