ALS Global Response
7yThank you for your review and sorry to hear you had an uncomfortable working experience with ALS. To help us better understand the issues you have reported, please let us know confidentially more details about the site in which you worked so we can explore improvement opportunities. ALS prides itself on being a diverse company with labs in more than 55 countries worldwide, with global policies on appropriate workplace behaviour that are communicated in our mandatory training programs. Our culture aims to be inclusive, respectful and supportive of differences every single day.
ALS provide a large range of training to ensure our staff are constantly developing and feeling challenged in their roles but also to allow staff to take responsibility for their own learning journey. Our ALStar learning management system offers training courses for technical and professional development in up to 10 different languages that employees can access anytime from anywhere, at home or from an APP on their mobile device. We also offer www.Lynda.com training to meet individual development needs where licences are available across the world. We launched our first ever global employee survey this year to gather thoughts and feedback from our valued staff members and work towards making ALS a better place to work.
We are taking your advice and feedback seriously and if you would like to share more about your experience please contact the Corporate HR management team confidentially by emailing HR.Enquiries@alsglobal.com
