don't need any work experience to work there, they take everyone people are laid back dont get fired unless you obviously want it

senior staff interferes in IRM's results if its not what they want it to be you wait ages for every trening that was promised, and usually u dont get it they tell you will be working in a lab, and then you get send to sample preparation to blend samples all day long you end up doing the same test everyday for months sections heads and team leaders pull theirs friends into higher positions minimum salary terrible management, u wont get a deserved payrise if u dont cry for it very long or make a lot of complains to site manager senior staff usually sits behind desk and tells you what to do to improve your productivity
