      Handing in your notice is easy as not one person cares the second you hand it in they have already begun replacing you

      Cons

      Pay is biggest con I’d say. Doesn’t matter what’s written here anyway there is no way that anyone will be paid more, not even with the transfer to ALS.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Cons

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
