      It is unfortunate that your employment experience at ALS was not as we endeavor it to be. It is true that we are a seasonal business and have spikes in our workload which may monopolize a manager's time. However we are always looking at ways to improve and will take your comments under consideration.

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
