      Good place to gain experience fresh out of Uni The people were good

      Cons

      -Management will make promises like promotions or raises that they wont deliver on -High workload -High turnover -Casuals get laid off around February -Mid level workers know the KPI systems and exploit them, If you chose to work here make you get your KPIs high by exploiting the easy 'high value' jobs and ignore 'low value' ones like cleaning.

      Good pay with opportunities. There are always openings.

      Dumbest and most inexperienced management at any company. If you play the political game, you're in. Your knowledge, experience, and accomplishments mean nothing compared to how you suck up.
