Pros

Good Employee Benefits in terms of Allowance and Bonus and Medical Assurance Policy of 5 lacs to 15 Lacs, total number of Leaves through out year and also having flexibility to opt for remote work based on project team.

Cons

Senior management doesn't know what happens at ground level. They just relies on supervisor words. Even they know truth they come to actual point of cost cutting in changing/updating benefits policies and reducing head counts in terms of putting you in lower performance where as in case you won't get actual good opportunity to show case your talent. Most of Senior Emolyee came from Infosys(who were handeling this project on infosys payroll) and they joined as AGCO Payroll and ruling project like King as legacy team member. Senior Management should be transparent to all lower position associates. Higher management doesn't know on ground level situation if someone is get trapped into IT politics. If you have more capabilities to grow more if you won't get sufficient enough opportunity why because existing senior employee won't want lose their own importance and you would be being played like puppet under their guidance and end of year blame would come to you.
