      Working in the field with a focus on agriculture and putting the farmer first Each group that I have worked with feels like family. Leadership is on the right track great products.

      Slow to evolve. Seem like other companies are farther ahead and feels like you are in 2nd or 3rd place

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
