Pros
Decent benefits when you're an employee and not hired through a temp agency.
Cons
Awful management who won't actually do anything to improve communication or solve problems. Higher ups are more willing to pay big bucks to remodel the buildings and push "culture" and "employee engagement" trainings instead of treating employees like actual humans and paying people a living wage.
