Honestly the only perk is it’s highest paying company around.
Cons
As most big companies it’s all about who you know and being buddy buddy with them to get high up in the company. Overtime constantly just to rush employees to get product out the door regardless if the units are done or run out of parts causing the employees to be sent home. A lot of layoffs going on right now which is normal for this industry. When there is conflict or problems you reach out to HR it usually gets brushed to the side or blame put back on you. It feels management honestly doesn’t care about the employees it’s all about getting numbers and money in their pockets which again is normal for a big company.
