Just announced Project Reimagine, which is to restructure the company, lose 6% of the workforce and use AI to rebuild existing systems. Told that there's no voluntary redundancy, we will be told who's going when they ready. Now the 3rd company I've worked for that have had a redundancy program. Pretty ironic when AGCO have just bought two more companies to add to their portfolio, and are making profits of around £17bn worldwide,
