      Fascinating customers, markets, and products including products with very high technology capabilities. Many good people in the company to work with, and many good people in the independent dealer network in Canada and the USA.

      Cons

      Turmoil and conflicting agendas in North American marketing. Lack of clear leadership about managing a multiple brand portfolio.
