Pros

Competitive salary and package at least for my position. Interesting job opportunity that I was really excited about when I joined.

Cons

Where do I start.... - no induction training - no handover - no job specific induction - I had to order each and every account for myself without knowing what they will be for - From the get go stressful, pushy and clueless leaders with lack of support - I had to make sense of what tools I'll need - I had to find out for myself whom are going to be my working business partners - After my probation period I felt like I was working there for years with the amount of information I had to process and I owned - No working knowledge of ITSM standards (a few good people holding together the framework) - Working with SAFe is something that is overly complicated, stressful and requires 150% of your dedication - Constant travel which they forgot to tell me during my interview - Work life balance is a term that they have not heard of as I was constantly doing overtime and barely kept up with my duties - Working remotely to the extent that I have barely met my team and coworkers - No visible career progression plan in place so I assume favouritism - Money is not spent wisely on travels, tools, etc - No buddy system to be able to speak freely with someone outside your department - No HR Business Partner to keep in touch with - I felt alone and vulnerable and the salary at the end of the day was not able to keep me - I could keep on going but that would pinpoint who I might be and don't want this to fall back on me in any way

- Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

Cons

- Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
