      Pros

      Work-life balance, working with amazing team members, working on good technologies.

      Cons

      Frequent management change, previous management was good but then after the new management changes happened they started becoming less flexible towards employees, with no visa or flexibility support from higher management, unnecessary politics on upper management, No HR involvement over companies' work culture it is all manager driven based on upper management's mood. Biased work culture and professional growth support towards international immigrants. Had like only 11 holidays.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
