No advancement opportunities, no inflation adjustments. Management has no say in employee raises above the fixed "program", and has very little options for incentives. The HR director is not a resource for humans as the title suggests. The corporate culture that is electronically communicated is superseded by the local culture, which is unfortunately lacking in education, infrastructure, and morale. When attempting to address this opportunity for improvement, the corporate leaders do not respond. It may be that this facility is going to be slowly phased out, which would explain the lack of concern for the huge turnover and vacancies in Engineering.
