Compensation is pretty good They offer tuition reimbursement HR is amazing. Will miss everyone there! Benefits are superb, especially the virgin pulse which is almost $1000 annually.

These cons are specifically under the IT organization (corporate) No exit interview (EXTREMELY disappointed) Performance reviews are not measure-able and not based on your sole contribution but focuses on team efforts No opportunities for growth No opportunities for learning IT Leadership won't approve tuition reimbursement. Annual raises are less than 2%. Worked at the company for over 5 years and barely made an extra $2000
