      Pros

      Cool products, nice office location for manufacturing, many employees have years of equipment business experience.

      Cons

      Very "corporate" and old school in their approach to work life balance. The managers watch your time and monitor everything you do. Very much a "butts in seats" mentality. Health Insurance was awful, Rx drugs are counted towards your medical deductible which is $10K. So you have to pay full price for everything and medications, until you reach that $10K deductible.

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
