      Pros

      Great company to help feed an ever growing world population. Good senior leadership in North America. Advancement for IT professionals is superb as company is merging years of acquisitions into a single IT platform.

      Cons

      Middle management seems unable or unwilling to execute significant change in the North American marketing organization. Most change is simply new job titles and moving boxes on org charts. Latest change actually resulted in tasks not being assigned to individuals before moving existing talent to new roles.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
