      Pros

      I enjoyed working at AGCO and was there for a number of years until I was laid off right before Christmas, yep Merry Christmas to me.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a downside but AGCO is agricultural equipment manufacturer and they are great with that but IT is now a huge part of the company but they are horrible with ITSM and have had a few audit issues,

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
