      Good company values. Nothing else really

      Not diversified enough. Very political within organization. Must have lineage to the industry in order to "fit" in or understand the business.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
