      Pros

      The people are very friendly. Great environment. You can get good feedback about your performance but not so much regarding your development. Leaders and management are accessible and approachable. I have worked at places that were much worse. If you hate your current work environment and think all companies are the same, try to get on at AGCO. It will change your opinion.

      Cons

      The good ole rule is in full effect. There is not a lot of opportunities to advance in a given discipline.

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
