      The literal only thing I can put as a pro of working for AGCO is Dress Down and early finish on Fridays.

      Intuition punished, Static & Dogmatic approach to staff management, Poor prospects, No communication, declining industry.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
