Pros

Great history of loyal employees. Great benefits.

Cons

Too much European influence. Senior management is too disconnected from the boots on the ground. Senior Management in North America views some employees as "bottom feeders" and donot motivate employees to become better with positive reinforcement. Also do not want to acknowledge or deal with the negatives of the business. Typical of NH mentality. Senior management is the good ol boys club, and they care about nooone but their own longevity. They treat their long term dealers like second hand citizens and only view dealers with sizable cash flow as the future of the company. They will never be a player until they are able to source true ag dealers who are profitable, and are able to be profitable on parts and service business ... not just sales. Compensation here is below average unless you are able to break into the vortex level which has a pension program to protect its senior leaders.
