      Pros

      Friendly, good core group of people to work with. Very Competitive with Wages. Always encouraging growth within company and never limit peoples goals.

      Cons

      None really. Once construction areas are complete output of factories will be at top speed, and am proud to be with company with this company.

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
