      People are easy to get along Culture There are no surprises of what needs to be done day after day If you need money and need to get out of a bind, this is great place to earn the financial freedom due to no work-life balance is all work.

      Cons

      Long days depending on your area of work may be 10 hours or 13 hours a day with mandatory OT.

      Pros

      Great schedule, direct supervisors are generally helpful and amiable. Coworkers support one-another.

      Cons

      Upper management is vindictive. HR is on a power trip and self-glorifying. Discipline is erratic and doesn't follow incremental process. Generally toxic. At least 30% of the pee-ons are looking for alternative employment.
