Excellent environment to learn from and build experience. Corporate strategy implementation needs to be announced in a better way in order to implement it.
Cons
Human resources directorate needs better involvement and control when it comes to promotions policies and organization development (currently OD is not part of HR ) Roles and responsibilities needs to be identified among the company directorates considering the functions similarities and cross functioning tasks. The organization and management hierarchies needs more focused in addition to the performance appraisal process since the current one is totally subjective and implemented across the directorate without standardization or monitoring from HR
