vessels. • Monitoring the availability of the seafarer to join the vessel and the On-Signer & Off-Signer so we can provide a rotation plan. • Checking & Monitoring all the certificates of the seafarer if it’s still valid before joining the vessel e.g., Medical Certificate, STCW, BST, PSCRB, COC, COE, Visa, GMDSS etc.. • Manages placement of existing employees into positions that match their qualifications, experience, and work history. • Supervising the implementation of the Crewing department procedures as planned; ensuring that each vessel is manned with qualified, medically fit, and experienced seafarers and supervising the application of the STCW convention on-board. • Recruits new employees in accordance with the Company's procedures through manning agency & direct add post in social media. • Conduct initial screening of shortlisted applicants before endorsing to technical & operational personnel for final interview. • Obtain any flag state certification required; ensuring licenses are always valid. • Liaison with Operation dept. /Logistic dept./Vessel/ Port agents for crew change.
