      Pros

      ADNOC is a govt co.there was a 8 hour duty ....and a off day in a week...they provided medical insurance and other benifits.and also provided 2 month vocation with salary and ticket every 2 year

      Cons

      adnoc increases salary every year only for their managers and office employees..... they never increase their low class workers
