      Great Place to work given the different businesses 3M is involved in, Remote work is really good and team is really nice to work with

      Somewhat behind the times but that is standard given they are not a tech company

      Good pay, benefits, and time off

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
