      Investing in staff development; Atmosphere of freedom and creativity; Respect for people; Stable company; diversified company = you can change your business and not to change employer.

      Sometimes too much attention to the processes. Very rarely, lack of responsibility (matrix company). Salary is always a little lower than the market. But a lot of different compensation and benefits

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
