Great company, culture, a place where you can learn many things that can not be reachable in even a well known university.
Cons
3M is Roman Empire, some businesses or some countries (even if they are counted as emerging markets) are its far and forgotten territories. Only moderate MD's are sent to these subs for 3-4 years. They do not take radical decisions and strategic actions.
