      Pros

      Company with Innovations for various product. Thanks to the brains in US. The project team was working very hard to meeting deadlines for project artifacts. Clients are good and helpful. Cannot ask for more.

      Cons

      For IT projects running in Hong Kong, big projects run with limited resources. Extremely high pressure with low morale. All resources will be qualified zombies for the walking dead series.

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
