      Used to have great benefits , was fun to work in the past

      Cons

      Weak floor crew leaders in some depts, not want to involve with workers problems. Sometime poor commutations. New managements are changed so much, cut workers made us workers hard at not rising income. Some non sense policies

      Good pay, benefits, and time off

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
