You get to help others on their health Journey, and generally you’ll meet great members and co-workers.

Cons

Everyone is underpaid, and growth opportunities are barely existent. I spend time and effort going above and beyond my role to help certain metrics and train other managers without any extra pay. I’ve trained and onboarded both GMs and Sales Managers in the company, who have become top performers. Traveling to other locations to help train/upskill teams. Lead weekend alignment and setup calls for all other Sales Managers in the district. Mentoring Sales Managers in weekly teams meetings. The list goes on. They’ll definitely use your talents and then look to hire outside of the company instead of promoting within. I’ve seen very highly accomplished GMs be overlooked for positions they are more than qualified for. More often than not, they hire outside the company in the PNW district.
