Pros
Account Manager Pay was good and on par for Nashville. Good Benefits, not amazing but solid. Great teammates that are willing to help. Social environment. They love to feed you. Lovely office at the Trolley Barns over on the river downtown. Great product to sell. Emma really is better than the competition.
Cons
-Quota is really high for some of the reps. I am not 100% sure mine was as I wasn't there long enough but it seemed unattainable. However, that being said you are paid on what you book no matter how little it is... In a world of you only get paid at 80% and above quotes in IT/Software/SAS this is pretty unheard of. -Heads roll at this place like I have never seen! They are not scared to let people go. No second chances at this place so be on your A game. -Management was all over the place and seemed really disconnected from the newhires to ensure they can hit the floor running. I was in month 2 before given a territory... which meant a lot of just listening to calls. -Want to know how you stack against your peers? Not at this place... Every sales rep has a "mystery quota" and its forbidden to ask someone what theirs is. That was so odd and strange to me, especially since a motivating factor for sales reps is to be the top rep. For all you know the guy next to you that just booked $100K for the month just barely made quota, while the person across the room booked $20K and killed it. Who knows?? -The drive downtown from anywhere other than downtown is a killer. If you are even more than 3 miles radius of this office get ready to spend time sitting in the horrible Nashville traffic. -This is like a 15 year start up... they are still trying to figure out how to make things work and set up a process. I think they finally got someone in there sorting it all out however, he also is the one sending the heads rolling I think! -As others have said, the desk moving here is out of control. I was there for 3 months and moved 4 times. -People complained about never being promoted.
