- The people - Emma does an exceptional job of surrounding us with colleagues from a variety of different backgrounds with different points of view, makes for a strong learning environment - Culture of learning and development - we are constantly being offered ways to improve our skill sets - Comp and benefits are more than favorable against industry standards - Emma250 program grants $250/year to each employee, no strings attached, to give back to the charity of our choice

Like most rapidly growing/maturing SaaS companies, the pace of change is quite rapid
