Pros

-Every person is so smart and talented in their functional area, and just super knowledgeable about everything else -It's a very welcoming place, with people really interested in new people succeeding -Emma cares a lot about the employee experience and goes out of its way to offer chances for people to connect and help each other -Emma gives back to the community in lots of ways, my favorite of which is Emma25 - where each year, 25 deserving non-profits are selected to receive a free lifetime subscription to the email platform! -Company lunches on Wednesday, with staff faves like Hattie B's, Jet's Pizza, etc

Cons

-Not really a con, but it's a very fast-paced environment as a growing company so people just have to keep up!

Pros

- The people - Emma does an exceptional job of surrounding us with colleagues from a variety of different backgrounds with different points of view, makes for a strong learning environment - Culture of learning and development - we are constantly being offered ways to improve our skill sets - Comp and benefits are more than favorable against industry standards - Emma250 program grants $250/year to each employee, no strings attached, to give back to the charity of our choice

Cons

Like most rapidly growing/maturing SaaS companies, the pace of change is quite rapid
